Team Break The Wall has identified the need to create inspiration to encourage young girls to pursue in STEM education. A problem we solved was not having a solid source of empowerment for girls who want to go into STEM. This book will be here as something for girls to find encouragement for generations to come. We hope to provide help just as organizations like the National Girls Collaborative Project has done. We know this issue exist just by looking at how many women graduate with STEM degrees. The numbers are alarmingly low. And this mindset that girls cant do STEM starts young, around middle school age this mindset takes over. As you can see in Research and Data, 13 out of 23 girls believe that they are not encouraged to do STEM careers.
